1:1 Coaching

As a health coach as well as a coach and trainer for resilience I offer custom-made solutions for your personal issues in my 1:1 coaching. If you find a more intense and personal support more suitable to meet your needs, then a personal 1:1 coaching in a protected zone would be your option. This personal coaching usually consists of 6-12 sessions depending on your issues, your goals, your time and your willingness. Longer periods can be discussed and added.

Seminars

If you like being with a group and enjoying the benefits of sharing your stories, developing solutions together with others and taking advantage of the group dynamic then seminars might be the better option for you. The seminars are offered as 1-day, 2-day (mostly on weekends) or a one- week seminar in groups with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 people. The small number of participants makes these seminars very valuable, personal and exclusive. Quality is more important than quantity to me. That’s why you also have the option of booking an extra hour personal coaching during a seminar week according to availabilities.

Retreats

My special one-week retreats offer the ultimate combination of seminar work and vacation time. I always do my best to create a very comfortable atmosphere so everyone feels content and secure. Most one – week retreats take place in beautiful and privately led accommodations. Most of the locations offer the chance to even add on some vacation time after the retreat to enjoy the country, the culture and its people or just relax and take some time out.
